"For years, I searched for a professional community where I could experience a true sense of belonging—a place where I could share complex cases, receive feedback, and learn from other senior coaches. I finally found that place in the ADHD Practitioners Community led by Eliza Barach, Ph.D., BCC.
Dr. Barach masterfully elevates discussions by offering insights into current neuroscience trends and seamlessly integrating them into our practice.
I strongly encourage all experienced ADHD coaches who seek to advance their practice and collaborate with like-minded practitioners to join this exceptional community of practice.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes this different from other coach training or supervision?
The ADHD Practitioner's Community is specifically designed for experienced coaches who have already mastered the fundamentals. Unlike introductory programs, supervision groups, or general coaching communities, we focus exclusively on advanced applications, complex cases, and innovative approaches in ADHD coaching. Our discussions assume a sophisticated understanding of coaching principles and ADHD-specific knowledge.
How experienced must I be to join?
We recommend a minimum of 2 years of active ADHD coaching practice and professional certification (or equivalent experience). The value of our collective comes from the advanced experience each member brings, so established practices are preferred.
What happens in a typical session?
Our sessions follow a structured yet dynamic format. Case consultation sessions involve a member presenting a complex coaching situation, followed by collaborative analysis and strategy development. Topic exploration sessions begin with an overview of the member-selected topic and relevant research, then move into group discussion, methodology development, and practical application planning. We also regularly cover the latest research and dissect published studies, examining findings and discussing how to apply this information to enhance our coaching practice and why it matters for our work with ADHD clients.
What if I need to miss a session?
Consistent attendance is crucial to the success of our community and your professional development. The collaborative nature of our work means each member's presence contributes significantly to the collective learning experience. Sessions are not recorded in order to protect client confidentiality and create a safe space for case discussions. While occasional email summaries are shared, the real-time collaborative analysis and strategy development cannot be replicated outside of live sessions. We strongly encourage prioritizing these meetings in your professional schedule to maximize the value of your membership.
Will this help me with coach certification or credentials?
While we don't provide formal certification, participation in the ADHD Practitioners Community may support continuing education requirements for maintaining BCC credentials. Members can submit evidence of their participation to potentially meet the BCC's requirements for CEUs, though approval is at the discretion of the credentialing body. We are currently in the process of obtaining ICF and PAAC accreditation for CEUs, which will provide more formal recognition once completed.
