Finance Coaching
Coaching for accountants, public accounting partners, analysts, and finance professionals navigating high-hour workloads, client deliverables, documentation pressure, and performance expectations through an ADHD-brain lens.
Accounting rewards precision, deadlines, and documentation—exactly where ADHD executive function friction can quietly get expensive. Neural Revolution provides evidence-based ADHD coaching for accountants who need better systems for billable hours, client deliverables, tax-season intensity, documentation follow-through, decision fatigue, and burnout prevention, without relying on white-knuckled discipline or generic productivity advice.

Evidence-based ADHD coaching for accounting workflows, deadlines, billable hours, documentation, and sustainable professional performance.
Coaching for accountants, public accounting partners, analysts, and finance professionals navigating high-hour workloads, client deliverables, documentation pressure, and performance expectations through an ADHD-brain lens.
Build external systems for planning, prioritization, working memory, task initiation, follow-through, and finishing the final details that accounting work often demands.
Create realistic time-estimation, calendar, transition, and billable-hour tracking systems that reduce deadline surprises, missed entries, and chronic underestimation of accounting work.
Address avoidance around billing, collections, documentation, inbox cleanup, review notes, and low-novelty tasks by redesigning how the work becomes worth starting.
Develop handoff, meeting capture, and project-state systems so action items, client details, and next steps do not disappear between calls, reviews, and deliverables.
Recover from compensation cycles, intense deadlines, and chronic over-functioning with workload architecture that protects capacity while keeping professional momentum intact.
Accounting work can expose ADHD friction fast: invisible deadlines, client interruptions, detailed documentation, billable-hour tracking, and intense seasonal compression. Neural Revolution helps accountants build practical operating systems for time, memory, follow-through, and recovery. Coaching is individualized, evidence-based, and designed for high-performing adults who need sustainable precision—not another generic planner or productivity lecture.

M.S., CACP - ADHD Coach for High Performing ADHD & AuDHD Adults
Meredith Knauer Crull (M.S., CACP) is an ADHD coach with a background in psychology and a brain that works a lot like her clients' do. She holds a Master's in Applied Psychology from the University of New Orleans and a Certified ADHD Coaching Professional (CACP) credential through PAAC, bringing a scientific foundation to coaching that's grounded in lived experience. Since 2019 she's helped neurodivergent clients trade masking and frustration for self-understanding and strategic growth — work that's spanned roles like Head ADHD Coach at The New School. She also serves as Membership Chair on the board of the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches and is on a mission to counter the neurodivergent misinformation running rampant on social media. What she lives for is the "light switch" moment when a client stops fighting their biology and realizes how much easier things get when they work with the way their brain already operates.
The 10 3 rule for ADHD is often used as a simple activation strategy: work for 10 focused minutes, then take a 3-minute reset. It is not a clinical rule, but it can help bypass task initiation friction. For accountants, it may work well for billing review, inbox cleanup, workpaper updates, or starting a return when the task feels too large.
