Structured ADHD group coaching that blends expert guidance, accountability, peer insight, and practical implementation support.
Weekly 60-minute Zoom sessions create a structured coaching rhythm for adults with ADHD, combining expert facilitation, peer insight, accountability, and practical strategy-building in an intentionally capped cohort.
Participants use ADHD-friendly goal-setting frameworks, including Neural Revolution’s brain-based approach, to replace rigid productivity systems with goals that fit reward, salience, emotion, and follow-through patterns.
Guided reflection worksheets help participants arrive focused, name the real friction, track patterns, and build accountability before and between sessions, reducing the burden on working memory.
Each member builds a personalized ADHD Success Playbook that captures practical systems, prompts, and strategies that work for their brain across productivity, planning, energy, and decision-making.
A complimentary three-month Focused Space membership supports implementation through virtual co-working and body-doubling, helping adults move from insight into consistent, visible action.
Group coaching addresses executive function challenges such as task initiation, prioritization, time blindness, working memory, decision paralysis, and follow-through using ADHD-calibrated systems.

Start with a discovery consult to clarify your current professional context, ADHD friction points, what you have already tried, and whether group coaching is the right intervention compared with 1:1 coaching, therapy, medication, or self-directed systems.
See how ADHD adults turn insight, structure, and accountability into more sustainable professional momentum.

Meet the experts behind Neural Revolution coaching.

PhD, BCC - Owner & Founder, Cognitive Psychologist & Scientist, Board Certified Coach, ADHD Coach & Consultant
Dr. Eliza Barach is the Owner and Founder of Neural Revolution and a Board Certified Coach with a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from SUNY Albany (2021). Diagnosed with ADHD at seventeen, she approached her neurodivergent brain with curiosity, going on to compete as a nationally ranked gymnast and Division 1 athlete before building an academic career at SUNY Albany and Skidmore College. Recognizing that her true calling was applying research to real-world impact, she founded Neural Revolution to help high-achieving ADHD professionals and entrepreneurs thrive. Dr. Eliza specializes in ADHD-friendly goal-setting through her proprietary DREAMS™ framework, executive function, motivation science, and systems design. She also provides supervision for ADHD coaches and co-founded ADDvance, the only ADHD coaching conference built by coaches, for coaches.

M.S., CACP - ADHD Coach for High Performing ADHD & AuDHD Adults
Meredith Knauer Crull (M.S., CACP) is an ADHD coach with a background in psychology and a brain that works a lot like her clients' do. She holds a Master's in Applied Psychology from the University of New Orleans and a Certified ADHD Coaching Professional (CACP) credential through PAAC, bringing a scientific foundation to coaching that's grounded in lived experience. Since 2019 she's helped neurodivergent clients trade masking and frustration for self-understanding and strategic growth — work that's spanned roles like Head ADHD Coach at The New School. She also serves as Membership Chair on the board of the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches and is on a mission to counter the neurodivergent misinformation running rampant on social media. What she lives for is the "light switch" moment when a client stops fighting their biology and realizes how much easier things get when they work with the way their brain already operates.
ADHD group coaching brings adults with ADHD into a structured coaching cohort where they learn practical strategies, set goals, reflect on patterns, and build accountability together. Neural Revolution’s FOCUS Forward program is not a support group or therapy. It is a coaching environment focused on executive function, goal-setting, follow-through, sustainable productivity, and applying ADHD-friendly systems in real professional and life contexts.
