PhD, BCC - Owner & Founder, Cognitive Psychologist & Scientist, Board Certified Coach, ADHD Coach & Consultant
Dr. Eliza Barach is the Owner and Founder of Neural Revolution and a Board Certified Coach with a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from SUNY Albany (2021). Diagnosed with ADHD at seventeen, she approached her neurodivergent brain with curiosity, going on to compete as a nationally ranked gymnast and Division 1 athlete before building an academic career at SUNY Albany and Skidmore College. Recognizing that her true calling was applying research to real-world impact, she founded Neural Revolution to help high-achieving ADHD professionals and entrepreneurs thrive. Dr. Eliza specializes in ADHD-friendly goal-setting through her proprietary DREAMS™ framework, executive function, motivation science, and systems design. She also provides supervision for ADHD coaches and co-founded ADDvance, the only ADHD coaching conference built by coaches, for coaches.

M.S., CACP - ADHD Coach for High Performing ADHD & AuDHD Adults
Meredith Knauer Crull (M.S., CACP) is an ADHD coach with a background in psychology and a brain that works a lot like her clients' do. She holds a Master's in Applied Psychology from the University of New Orleans and a Certified ADHD Coaching Professional (CACP) credential through PAAC, bringing a scientific foundation to coaching that's grounded in lived experience. Since 2019 she's helped neurodivergent clients trade masking and frustration for self-understanding and strategic growth — work that's spanned roles like Head ADHD Coach at The New School. She also serves as Membership Chair on the board of the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches and is on a mission to counter the neurodivergent misinformation running rampant on social media. What she lives for is the "light switch" moment when a client stops fighting their biology and realizes how much easier things get when they work with the way their brain already operates.
In practice at Neural Revolution, the two terms describe overlapping support. ADHD coaching addresses the broader patterns of how ADHD affects work, life, and identity, while executive function coaching focuses specifically on the cognitive skills ADHD most often disrupts: planning, prioritization, task initiation, working memory, time management, switching, and follow-through. Neural Revolution's coaching integrates both, building practical external systems that fit how an ADHD brain actually operates rather than treating them as separate disciplines.
