Yes. ADHD does not mean a person has no executive function; it means executive function can be inconsistent, context-sensitive, or harder to access under low reward, high ambiguity, overload, or delayed consequences. Many adults with ADHD perform exceptionally in high-stakes or high-interest environments. Coaching helps externalize the systems—planning, memory, timing, prioritization, and follow-through—so performance becomes more reliable.
